YallaTapTab loyalty rewards the guests who come back with points or stamps, with no app and no card. Guests join with their phone number and spend a reward on a later bill.

  1. Guests join with a phone code

    On the table page, a guest enters their phone number and the code we send them by SMS. Their phone stays signed in for later visits, with no app to download and no card to carry. Joining doesn't sign them up for marketing.

  2. Points or stamps, on your rules

    Choose points, earned on what guests pay, or stamps, one for each visit above a minimum spend. Tips never count, and a refund takes back what it earned.

  3. One reward per bill

    A guest spends their balance on a fixed-amount reward you set, one per bill. It lowers what the table has left to pay and always leaves something to pay. The rest of the table sees the amount taken off, never who redeemed it or their balance.

  4. A payment, never a discount

    With a connected POS, YallaTapTab posts the reward to the ticket as a payment under a separate loyalty payment method, so the bill and its VAT stay at the full price.

  5. Private by design

    Phone numbers are stored encrypted and stay masked in your dashboard, and members can't be exported. A guest's balance is only shown on their own phone.

Loyalty questions

How do guests join the loyalty program?
With their phone number. On the YallaTapTab table page, a guest enters their number and the code we send them by SMS, and their phone stays signed in for later visits. Joining doesn't sign them up for marketing.
Does loyalty need an app or a card?
No. YallaTapTab loyalty runs in the same browser page guests use to pay, so there's nothing to download and no card to carry.
How does a reward show up in my POS?
As a payment, never as a discount. With a connected POS, YallaTapTab posts the reward to the ticket as a payment under a separate loyalty payment method, so the bill and its VAT stay at the full price.
Can I see members' phone numbers?
No. The Loyalty page in the YallaTapTab dashboard lists your members with their phone numbers masked, and the list can't be exported. A guest's balance is only shown on their own phone.
